How do I submit a complaint?
We are committed to satisfying a customer and are happy to resolve any complaint for you. For that reason we ask you to first make your complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com or by phone at 045-52844 from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.
For consumers in the EU it is also possible to report complaints via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
