No e-mail confirmation received


I did not receive an email to confirm account or order

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email for my account or order??
The email to confirm your account or order is sent from the email address '[email protected]'.
Most likely this e-mail ended up in the SPAM filter of your email program or Junk Mail folder (Hotmail / Live / Gmail).
We recommend you check these settings and add '[email protected]" to the list of trusted senders.

How to set an e-mail address as safe in Live, Gmail or Outlook

Windows Live hotmail
Mark our e-mail address as safe:

  1. Log-in.
  2. Open an e-mail from Trinacria.nl
  3. Click "mark as safe", on top of the message.

Add our e-mailadres to your contacts:

  1. Click on "Contacts".
  2. Click on 'New'.
  3. Enter a desired name in the "Quick Name" field.
  4. Then enter our email address in the "Private e-mail address".

GMail
Undo the marking of 'spam'.

If an e-mail wrongly is marked as spam, then follow the steps below to remove it from the Spam folder.

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. Click on 'Spam' on the left side. If 'spam'is not displayed, click on 'More'.
  3. Open the e-mail from Trinacria.nl
  4. Click ont top of the page on 'No spam'.

Proceed as follows to prevent a message from us being placed in the spam folder:

1. Add the sender to your contacts
    Add one contact  

  • Go to Google Contacts.
  • In the bottom right corner, click Add. (If you do not see Add, go to add contacts in the old version of Contacts.)
  • Enter the details of the contact.
  • Click Save.

2. Filter these messages

  • Open Gmail.Check the box next to the message.
  • Click on 'More'.
  • Click on filter messages like this one.
  • Enter your filter criteria.

Outlook 2003
To make sure that all of Trinacria.nl derived messages are displayed properly (including images), add our email address ([email protected]) to your address book and the Safe Senders List.

Add our address to your address book:

  1. Click with the right mouse button on the subject line (subject) of a message coming from Trinacria.nl.
  2. Select "Add Sender to Address Book".

Add our domain to the Safe Senders List:

  1. Click with the right mouse button on a hidden image in a from Trinacria.nl coming email.
  2. Select "Add Domain to Safe Senders List".

Outlook 2007
To make sure that all of Trinacria.nl derived messages are displayed properly, add our e-mail address ([email protected]) to your address book.

Add our address to your address book:

1.Click the right mouse button on the name of the sender in one off Trinacria.nl incoming messages.
2.Then click "Add to Contacts".

It may be that it is still not possible to receive messages from Trinacria.nl, even if our address is added to the contact list. To resolve this:
1.Click on "Options" in the "Extra" menu.
2.Click on "Preferences" under "e-mail" on "junk mail".
3.Click on the "Safe List".
4.Check "trust email from my contacts as safe".

Outlook 2010
To make sure that all of Trinacria.nl derived messages are displayed properly, add our e-mail address ([email protected]) to your address book.
Add our address to your address book:


1.Click the right mouse button on the name of the sender in a from Trinacria.nl coming message.
2.Then click "Add to Outlook contacts".

Mark messages from Trinacria.nl as safe
1.Click the right mouse button on the subject line (subject) of a message coming from Trinacria.nl.
2.Select "Junk Mail" and "Never Block Sender".

It may be that it is still not possible to receive messages from Trinacria.nl, even if our address is added to the contact list. To resolve this:
To add a specific address or domain to the Safe Recipients list, click a message from the sender. Click on the Home tab, in the group Delete junk e-mail and click on Never block this group or mailing list.

Follow these steps to manually add names or domains to these lists:

1. On the Home tab, click in the Delete group sequentially on Junk E-mail Options and Junk E-mail.
2. Do one of the following steps:
   To add safe senders, click the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
   To add Safe Recipients, click the Safe Senders tab, click Add.
3. Type in the Enter an email address or Internet domain name the name or address that you want to add to the safe senders list. For example, add the following:
   a specific email address, such as [email protected]
   an Internet domain, such as @ trinacria.nl or trinacria.nl
4. Click OK and repeat for each entry you want to add.
